2025

March 2025: Started this year's gallery. More bugs, more shrews, more silly little critters in robes. Just having some fun drawing cute shit while the world burns down.

October 2025: After way too long of a hiatus, I finally added almost 90 new drawings I'd been sitting on. I've been trying to get in the habit of sketching in bed for at least 30 minutes each night, and then every Saturday my partner and I will hang out at our favorite coffee shop and work on art together for a few hours, during which time I'll ink and color the most promising of the last week's sketches. As a consequence this is shaping up to be my most artistically productive year since 2020! My partner and I have also been developing material for a critter monk zine for much of the year, so there's a lot more funny little guys in robes. Finally, I'm particularly proud of the watercolor piece I put at the top of the gallery, dedicated to my recently passed grandmother, a talented quilter and artist and all around great human being.

OTHER DOODLES

Other digital sketches. Some of these are for pieces I already completed above, others I hope to render in real ink and paint next year, and some will probably never be completed but I like them enough to upload anyway.
